THE TDR STEP BY STEP PROCESS

  • The offer is a Free Analysis of your situation in the first interview.

  • Authority is given to TDR to your accounts

  • Once review is finalized you are sent the review to read , then TDR discuss all the relevant outcomes 

  • Then it is your decision whether to engage the services of TDR 

  • TDR contacts the Telco to discuss  the issue and negotiates a resolution on your behalf

  • If no resolution then TDR lodges a complaint with the relevant Government Department. 

  • TDR  provides updates whenever a response is garnered from your Telco Supplier or the relevant Government Department
